10 Dec, 2024 Brownlee – Disclosing of private sexual materials a societal issue that cannot be ignored The sharing of private sexual images and film has been described as a societal issue which cannot be ignored by East Antrim MLA Cheryl Brownlee. Figures provided by the PSNI in response to questions raised with the Chief Constable by the DUP MLA show that over 170 reports have been made to the PSNI for the offence of disclosing private sexual photographs and film with intent to cause distress since 2020.
