DUP Leader Sir Jeffrey Donaldson outlining why DUP MPs would vote against the Statutory Instrument on the so-called 'Stormont brake' in Parliament.
The Government had indicated the intention to use the vote as an indicative vote on the entirety of the Windsor Framework.
