The DUP MP raised the issue at Northern Ireland Questions in the House of Commons today. Speaking afterwards he said,

The families of the Omagh bombing victims have fought a courageous fight for truth and justice. The United Kingdom Government has rightly acted by launching a full public inquiry. Whilst there may be progress around the release of potentially relevant material from the Republic of Ireland to that inquiry, that shouldn’t distract from the failure of Dublin to acknowledge and act on the Horner judgement. That recommended inquiries in both the UK and the Republic of Ireland, but as in so many other issues relating to legacy, there has been foot-dragging and inertia from Dublin.

The powerful and moving testimony heard at the inquiry so far have reminded everyone of the horrors which unfolded that day. It was an atrocity that was planned, prepared and transported across the border and it is right that the Government continues to press their Irish counterparts for movement. Over the years we have heard countless criticisms from Dublin about perceived failures of the UK when it comes to dealing with the past. It’s time for them to ensure they live up to the standards they have so often demanded of others.”
