09 Oct, 2024 Government foolish to pause Growth Deals: Robinson DUP Leader Gavin Robinson has said the Government’s decision to pause two Growth and City Deals in Northern Ireland was foolish. He called on the Government to inject confidence in these areas and demonstrate a determination to deliver. He made the comments during an Urgent Question tabled by the Shadow Secretary of State in Parliament today.
08 Oct, 2024 Middleton welcomes Dept for Communities announcement of 1,000 jobs for Northern Ireland Foyle MLA Gary Middleton has welcomed an announcement by the Communities Minister of 1,000 new jobs in four locations across Northern Ireland, including 270 that will be based in Londonderry. The Minister’s announcement includes 595 posts located in Belfast, 270 in Londonderry, 116 in Ballymena and 27 in Ballykelly.
