The MLA added:
'This is a terrible tragedy to happen on our roads and I would like to express my sincere condolences to the man's family. This serves as a reminder to us all around the dangers of our roads everyday.
I would like to offer my thoughts and prayers to thefamily and friends of the man who has sadly lost his life in this tragedy. I will continue to work with the PSNI and the Department for Infrastructure to ensure every effort is made to improve road safety.'
