Sir Jeffrey said, "I am delighted to announce that Peter will fill the vacancy within Ards & North Down Borough Council. He will be part of a dedicated team delivering for people within the area and I know he will make a very valuable contribution to both the people of Holywood and Clandeboye as well as to the Party in the North Down area."
