Cllr Yvonne Moore to represent Rowallane

DUP Leader Sir Jeffrey Donaldson has congratulated Yvonne Moore as she is co-opted on to Newry, Mourne and Down Council to represent the Rowallane DEA.

Sir Jeffrey said,

“I wish Yvonne well in this new role. She joins a strong and growing DUP team in Newry, Mourne and Down Council. I know Yvonne has a strong track record in helping people of the area and has been already working hard in representing their needs. Her passion for people is incredible and she will be a tireless worker.”

Cllr Yvonne Moore said,

“I grew up in Killinchy village and received my education at both Killinchy Primary School and then Comber High School. For twelve years I have been working in the community alongside Jim Shannon MP and helping those in greatest need. My passion is helping others.

I am honoured to be co-opted onto the Newry Mourne & Down Council seat as a DUP Councillor. I look forward to working with the sitting Councillors in my party, whom I know well and have worked with closely over a number of years, as we serve our constituents throughout our Council area.”
