5 years of Gamstop marked in Parliament

Lord Browne of Belmont was pleased to sponsor an event in the House of Lords to mark 5 years of the National scheme known as Gamstop designed to help gamblers to exclude themselves from online gambling sites .

Lord Browne first raised the issue of Multi-Operator Self Exclusion in the House of Lords in 2014 and he is delighted that the scheme over its 5 years of operation has helped over 348000 people to exclude themselves from all licensed online gambling in Great Britain and in Northern Ireland.
